At Guardian Home Inspections Inc. our goal is to protect and inform our clients along their journey of becoming home owners. Our team strides to fully address all the questions and concerns of our clients and in-turn we provide full confidence and peace of mind before making the big investment.

Shortly after the inspection you can expect both an online and PDF report, including photos and videos taken during the inspection to help clarify details in the report. Our team completes the inspection with the use of a thermal camera, which highlights insulation, hidden moisture, condensation and heating deficiencies.    

We are members of both InterNACHI and CanNACHI and continuous education is critical in this industry. We also surpass the standard home inspection training by studying and practicing mold inspections, infrared imaging, and air quality inspections. We also provide o-zone blasting services for odour remediation for your home, garage, or camper/RV. 

Alex is an experienced and knowledgeable Certified Master Inspector (CMI). Alex has over 10 years experience in the construction industry specializing in residential construction, and full home renovations, which gives him an added advantage in identifying major structural deficiencies. Alex is often described by our valued customers as friendly, approachable, and as someone who goes above and beyond to ensure the clients get the most out of their home inspection.
